Key Responsibilities

Own full Product Engineering (PE) lifecycle from NPI to end-of-life
Define ATE test strategies, qualification, and manufacturing plans
Release products into manufacturing while meeting Tier-1 customer standards
Prepare and maintain datasheets and automotive compliance reports
Provide real-time support for product, design, and quality issues
Perform characterization across temperature, voltage, and process corners
Define production limits and lead yield optimization
Release and maintain product BOMs
Manage excursions from both suppliers and customers
Utilize commercially available yield tools (e.g., PDF Exensio, JMP) for monitoring and reporting
Drive KPI achievement in NPI execution, gross margin improvements, and quality metrics
Optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC limits to balance quality and manufacturing efficiency
