You'll work at the intersection of design, technology, and finance, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to turn complex financial workflows into elegant, human-centered experiences at scale.

What You'll Do

Champion the User

Lead user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and market analysis to deeply understand investor behavior, motivations, and pain points.

Advocate for user needs and design clarity across the product lifecycle.

Shape Product Strategy Through Design

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define product vision, design principles, and experience goals.

Contribute to strategic decisions by translating insights into clear, scalable design directions.

Create Thoughtful Experiences

Design intuitive user journeys, flows, and interactions using low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Craft polished, high-quality UI designs (must) in Figma that balance usability, performance, and brand expression.

Build Consistency at Scale

Ensure visual and interaction consistency across mobile and web platforms while evolving the design system to support growing product needs.

Validate, Iterate, Improve

Plan and run usability tests, synthesise feedback, and iterate quickly to continuously improve product experiences.

Collaborate Deeply

Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with precision and intent.

Present ideas confidently to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine solutions collaboratively.

What You Bring

8-12 years of experience in consumer product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and real-world impact.

Deep expertise in UX research and the ability to translate insights into meaningful design decisions.

Strong visual design sensibility with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and user delight.

Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and systems thinking.

Comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.

A curious, thoughtful mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through design.

A good team player

Experience designing for both mobile and web products.

Exposure to fintech, trading, wealth management, or consumer-scale platforms
