	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	Supervise shift operations of fibre manufacturing effectively and provide directions to plant operators / technicians.
KRA10	Train workers for operation SOPs, WCM, SHE and other industry practices.
KRA2	To maintain and control shift operations of equipment locally on the floor and centrally on DCS based on the process requirement.
KRA3	Ensure shift operations are carried out as per defined SOPs. Shift process parameters are within defined limit. Trouble shoot as per SOPs in case of emergency and inform superiors.
KRA4	Supervise and ensure adherence to all safety norms during shift operations.
KRA5	Ensure reliable operational records are maintained for shift operations. To ensure that process parameters are recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant performance.
KRA6	Participate in annual budget preparation and development of capital improvement projects with the process section heads.
KRA7	Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay those instructions to subordinate employees and other Shift Engineers on subsequent shifts.
KRA8	Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown & preventive maintenance schedules.
KRA9	Ensure adherence to defined SOPs for business excellence i.e. WCM, Sustainability, Safety in shift operations.
