Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Noida. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining medical records. Additional responsibilities include assisting physicians during medical procedures, educating patients about health management, and supporting patient recovery processes while adhering to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient care, including health assessment, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Proficiency in administering medications and using medical equipment
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to healthcare regulations
- Experience in educating patients and families about health management and post-care instructions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and empathy in providing patient care
- Possession of a valid nursing license and a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
