Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Staff Nurse position based in Gwalior. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting during fertility procedures, preparing patients for treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The role also includes maintaining accurate medical records, sterilizing equipment, advising patients on pre- and post-procedure care, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure the best patient outcomes. Additionally, adherence to clinical safety standards and protocols is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Ability to assist doctors and technicians during medical procedures and handle relevant equipment effectively.
- Strong communication skills to provide patient guidance and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Experience in maintaining medical records, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and relevant licensing or certification is required.
- Previous experience in fertility or reproductive health is a plus but not mandatory.
- Empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing the highest quality patient care.
