Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore. The position involves assisting with clinical procedures, preparing and sterilizing medical equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment. The Staff Nurse or Lab Technician will support hair transplant surgeries, monitor patient care, and maintain accurate documentation of treatments. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with the medical team to ensure the highest standard of patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical or surgical nursing, or as a laboratory technician
• Knowledge of sterilization practices, equipment handling, and infection control
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate patient care
• Attention to detail and skill in maintaining accurate medical documentation
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with hair restoration or dermatology procedures is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Valid professional license or certification, as applicable
