Job Description

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Assessment: Conduct patient assessments to gather information about their health conditions, medical history, and any specific care needs.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote better health outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and patient responses to treatments.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring the correct dosage and timing while adhering to safety protocols.
