Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse at our Kharghar location. The Staff Nurse will provide patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, maintain records, and assist in medical procedures as required. The role also involves working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety while supporting the emotional and physical well-being of patients.

Qualifications

• Strong patient care and clinical skills, including monitoring vital signs and handling medical equipment
• Experience in administering medications, maintaining patient records, and ensuring post-treatment care
• Knowledge of infection control practices and emergency response protocols
• Ability to provide emotional support and educate patients and families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and a valid nursing license
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or pediatric care is a strong advantage
• Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards
