Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Noida. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse will also assist doctors during procedures, educate patients and their families on health-related topics, and ensure a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with hospital protocols and standards. The role involves active participation in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, nursing procedures, and infection control standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Ability to monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and assist in medical procedures
• Experience in neonatal, maternity, or general healthcare nursing is an advantage
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and a degree/diploma in Nursing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
