We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse / Incharge to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on patient care and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized authority.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology.
