Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Staff Nurse. Responsibilities include providing quality patient care, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and care strategies. The role requires ensuring adherence to medical protocols and maintaining a compassionate approach toward patients while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent patient care skills, including monitoring and managing patient conditions with attention to detail
• Proficiency in administering medications, performing assessments, and using medical equipment effectively
• Capable of collaborating with healthcare professionals and communicating effectively with patients and their families
• Ability to follow medical protocols, maintain records, and uphold professional ethics
• Relevant educational qualification such as a diploma or degree in Nursing; active nursing license
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
• CPR certification and any other relevant training are highly desirable
