Staff Nurse

Job Description :

- We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurses to join our team.

Responsibilities :

· Monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness of treatments.

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

· Document all care provided, including treatments, medications, and patient responses.

· Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.

· Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies.

· Monitor and evaluate patients progress and response to treatments.

· Report any changes in patients conditions.

· Stay current with the latest nursing practices and medical advancements.

· Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in Nursing/ General Nursing and Midwifery or a related field preferred.

· Current RN license in good standing.

·Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
