Role Overview
HealOn is looking for compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused nurses to provide professional nursing care at patients homes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering clinical care, monitoring patient health, assisting doctors remotely when required, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care to patients as per medical requirements.
- Monitor patient condition, vitals, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
- Support post-operative care and recovery management.
- Handle wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tubes, and tracheostomy care.
- Assist bedridden, elderly, and chronic care patients.
- Maintain proper documentation and nursing records through the HealOn platform.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and care coordinators.
- Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and care routines.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Respond professionally during emergency situations and escalate when needed.

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of patient monitoring devices and digital reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for home visits across Bengaluru.
