Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in training and mentorship of junior nursing staff.
