Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Staff Nurse position located in Kandanakam, Edappal. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team. This role includes adhering to all clinical standards, maintaining patient records, and educating patients and their families on care plans and post-treatment practices.

Qualifications

• Clinical care skills such as patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care management
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and adherence to safety guidelines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus
