Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care.
Treat emergency injuries and respond promptly to critical medical situations.

Staff Support & Development

Assist in the continuous professional development and guidance of nursing staff.
Promote best practices and mentor junior nurses.

Health & Safety Management

Identify hazards in the workplace and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and support health and safety programs within the clinical environment.
Identify work-related risks and ensure preventive measures are implemented.

Documentation & Reporting

Document all injuries, illnesses, and patient-related incidents accurately.
Maintain clear, complete, and compliant nursing records.
