Aster Medcity is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, support clinical staff development, promote safety standards, and ensure accurate medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

  • Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care.
  • Treat emergency injuries and respond promptly to critical medical situations.

Staff Support & Development

  • Assist in the continuous professional development and guidance of nursing staff.
  • Promote best practices and mentor junior nurses.

Health & Safety Management

  • Identify hazards in the workplace and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and support health and safety programs within the clinical environment.
  • Identify work-related risks and ensure preventive measures are implemented.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Document all injuries, illnesses, and patient-related incidents accurately.
  • Maintain clear, complete, and compliant nursing records.
