Staff Engineer Productivity Improvement and Sustaining

• Closelycollaboratewith Design Team, Test engineering, Production, Applications, Validation and PJM, during the entire life cycle ofproduct developmentand production ramp-up.
• Enable Product Development: Part Setup, Hardware Availability at respective sites for Testing & Qualification. Availability of Sort, Product & Qual Test Programs and other related screening measures.
• Production and yield monitoringwith respect to technology, product and per business needs.
• Help &Analyse root cause for deviations from production targets as quality, performance or costby co-ordinating with different stakeholders
• Data analysis(assessment, correlation, investigations)
• Supportproductivity improvement topics at Manufacturing & Testleading to product lineprofit margin improvement.
• Drive and implement innovation methodology activitiesin product engineering
• Run GlobalCross Functional Team Meetingsto ensureproduct development activitiesare on track.

Your Profile

• ABachelors-degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with 8+ years of relevant Work experiencein the semiconductor industry, OR
• AMasters-degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / VLSIor related fields plus5+ Years of relevant working experiencewithin the semiconductor industry
• Ability toadapt,bootstrap to project needs and attitude to learn new conceptsin a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge aboutIC manufacturing and production flow including processing,assembly, production test and qualification
• Programming skills in Perl/Python forAutomation. Any other programming skills is a plus.
• Hands-on experience/exposure ondata analysis, statistic methodsas well as data base handling usingSemiconductor production data statistical tools
• Goodknowledge/understandingof measurement, validation or design of electronic systems
• Good command of English language
• Ability to work across different time zones and work with multi-cultural teams
