Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in software development and will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring).
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
