This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Engineer (Dotnet with Gen AI) in India.
In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI and LLM-based systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions. The position involves defining high-level architecture, implementing robust backend services with .NET, integrating AI/ML frameworks, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security. You will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and drive innovation across projects using the latest AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with exposure to state-of-the-art AI frameworks and cloud services.
Accountabilities
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code for AI-enabled applications and workflows.
- Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs.
- Define architecture, frameworks, and design patterns to implement functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead design reviews, ensuring best practices for scalability, security, and user experience are followed.
- Evaluate different technical solutions and identify the optimal approach for project requirements.
- Conduct POCs to validate designs, frameworks, and technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and guide teams on Generative AI and .NET best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
- Proficiency in .NET backend development, API design, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Langfuse, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of AWS architecture, serverless computing, and AI/ML service integration.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and modern front-end technologies like React.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to adapt to evolving AI tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions.
