This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Engineer, Dotnet Fullstack (Angular) in India.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the development of enterprise-grade applications using modern full-stack technologies. You will work on designing and implementing scalable solutions across frontend and backend platforms, contributing to cloud-based, microservices architectures. The position involves collaborating with global teams, translating business requirements into robust technical designs, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. You will guide and mentor junior engineers while actively participating in problem-solving, code reviews, and application optimization. - Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, Angular, and React.
- Implement and support microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and REST APIs.
- Lead technical design discussions, define technology patterns, frameworks, and development standards.
- Coordinate application development by managing requirements, schedules, and task assignments.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Participate in UAT, production rollouts, and create POCs to validate technology decisions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and React.
- Strong knowledge of C#, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus), and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience in unit testing, application monitoring, logging, and tracing best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
