Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer Design with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engineering design projects, collaborating with various teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative engineering solutions for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Conduct testing and analysis to validate design performance and reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and design methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
Experience with project management and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
