What You Get to Do

Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and production optimization

Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

12+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs

Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production

Strong experience with:

o LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)

o Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)

o Production ML deployment and monitoring

o Python development and API design

o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Track record of maintaining AI systems in production

Experience with HR/people analytics domain
