About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Lead specializing in Staff Augmentation Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven record of driving revenue growth through staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring and project needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the IT Staff Augmentation or Talent Solutions industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers in IT services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of end-to-end staffing processes and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling IT staffing, contract staffing, or managed resource services.
- Exposure to SaaS, IT consulting, or technology services sales.
- Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
