Staff Augmentation Intern
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Intern - Staff Augmentation & Vendor Management to support our workforce planning and vendor coordination activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to working with staffing vendors, tracking resource requirements, and supporting internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Augmentation Support
- Assist in tracking staffing requirements and open positions
- Maintain and update candidate and resource trackers
- Support coordination between internal teams and external staffing vendors
- Help schedule interviews and follow up on candidate submissions
- Assist in documentation related to onboarding and offboarding of resource.
Vendor Management Support
- Support communication with staffing vendors for requirements, profiles, and status updates
- Maintain vendor performance and compliance records
- Help prepare reports on vendor submissions, turnaround time, and fulfillment status
- Assist in maintaining contracts, SLAs, and related documentation
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare basic MIS reports and dashboards (Excel/Sheets)
- Maintain data accuracy across staffing and vendor records
- Support process improvements and documentation as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or vendor coordination
- Basic knowledge of reporting or data analysis
- Professional email and documentation skills
