We are seeking a
Staff Internal Auditor to join our Audit team at Fossil Group in
Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are passionate about risk assessment and internal controls and enjoy working across financial, operational, and compliance audits, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, identifying risks, and driving improvements across business processes.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) business process walkthroughs and testing across a global controls environment
- Execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with the annual audit plan and management requests
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk, strengthen internal controls, and improve business performance
- Follow up on audit findings and validate the implementation of management action plans
- Support the preparation and documentation of audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automation, and audit efficiency
- Participate in special projects and advisory assignments as directed by audit leadership
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in audit, accounting, risk, compliance, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and testing in a US public company environment
- Solid understanding of business risks and internal control frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite tools, especially Excel and Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
