Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the team in Adhering to clients corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
- Assist in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients
- Knowledge in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)
- Basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred
- Strong people and client management skills
- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization
