About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India accounting team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will handle real transaction volume for a company building modern financial products. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Staff Accountant, you will keep the day-to-day ledger accurate, supporting reconciliations, payables, and the monthly close so the senior team can rely on clean numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Transactions & Ledger

• Record journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules
• Process accounts payable, receivable, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank, card, and payment-processor accounts

Close Support

• Prepare schedules and workpapers for month-end close
• Flag discrepancies early and help resolve open items
• Keep documentation organised and audit-ready

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years in accounting or general-ledger support roles
• A firm grip on double-entry accounting and reconciliations
• Comfort with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or a similar accounting system
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com, with CA Inter a plus
• Exposure to high-volume or fintech transaction environments
• Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
