Job Description

Han Digital Solution (P) is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Azure DevOps and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, supporting production environments, and implementing scalable, reliable systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using Azure DevOps
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver project requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, procedures, and operational best practices
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, scalability, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall system performance and code quality
  • Monitor system health and performance using monitoring and log management tools
  • Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, including pipelines, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or similar) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience in production support of mission-critical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, log management, and alerting systems
