Support Web App, Mobile App, API
Focus on performance and reliability
Skill 1:
Experience with APM(Application performance management) tools
- App Dynamics
- GraphQL
Skill 2:
Experience with Monitoring and observability
Cloud - Experience in GCP is Must, Azure is Bonus
Skill 3:
Establish Service level objectives (SLO's) and configure tools evaluate against SLO's to measure against reliability performance.
Experience building Dashboards(Azure/GCP)
Build single pane of glass view to applications
Eg: Graphana or custom developed solutions
Must have: Software Engineering Background
