About the Role
Lead our Bengaluru engineering center responsible for developing our AI agentic platform. This executive position will oversee all technical operations in India while collaborating with global leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams across AI/ML, platform, and product engineering
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions for our agentic platform
- Establish engineering excellence through best practices in development, testing, and deployment
- Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Represent technical leadership within the India business unit and to global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 12+ years of engineering experience with 6+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, particularly in autonomous systems or agentic platforms
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture, and modern development practices
- Prior success building engineering centers of excellence in India
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company externally
Preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 Colleges.
- Experience in startups or high-growth technology companies
- Publications or patents in relevant technical domains
