Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of creative concepts and visual styles for advertising campaigns.
  • Design layouts, graphics, and compositions for print ads, brochures, hoardings, press releases, etc.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, senior creatives, and account managers to ensure brand alignment.
  • Translate briefs into original creative output that resonates with the target audience.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation.
  • Prepare mockups and presentation materials for client pitches.
  • Support in storyboard creation for TVCs or video ads.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, illustrators, and production houses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferably in mainline/traditional media).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mainline ad campaigns (print, OOH, etc.).
  • A good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passionate about big ideas and visual storytelling.
  • Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Indian advertising sensibilities and cultural trends (if applicable).
