Role Description
The Vice President of Human Resources & Administration is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.
As a head of the HR & admin functions, your role involves leading HR initiatives and overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include overseeing employee relations programs, implementing HR technologies, managing employee benefits, and driving the development and execution of HR policies to support the organization's strategic goals.
Apart from HR, the role involves having a strong administration function control by planning the working at manufacturing business units, regular audits, gemba observations and ensuring safe and congenial working for all employees.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a leader who:
✔ Has 25+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
✔ Has extensive experience in manufacturing and factory environments
✔ Has successfully partnered with business leaders to drive operational and financial performance
✔ Is equally comfortable in boardrooms, plants, and shop floors
✔ Demonstrates strong knowledge of industrial relations, factory administration, labor laws, and workforce management
✔ Believes in Gemba leadership and regularly engages with employees where value is created
✔ Uses data, facts, and measurable outcomes to drive decisions rather than assumptions
✔ Has successfully led organizational transformation, culture-building, and leadership development initiatives
✔ Is highly execution-oriented and capable of translating strategy into action
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
