About the team: This position is with the Service Experience Design team within the larger family of the award-winning Philips Design community. We shape end-to-end experiences across the customer lifecycle for our healthcare partners, seamlessly weaving the needs of both the front-line staff and behind-the-scenes roles. . Design future state holistic user workflows through strong understanding of the status-quo (systemic awareness of the Tech architecture, cross-touchpoint interdependencies).
. Create interactive futuristic concept UX prototypes to convince stakeholders of the user and business value. Iterate based on feedback.
. Fluent in using enterprise grade: design language system (the components, icons, visual language etc.).
. Deliver consistent, high-quality UX deliverables and maintaining the design consistency (DLS) standards across the product portfolio.
. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through workshops, ideation sessions, and design cocreation sessions.
. Actively unblock self to meet project objectives, timelines, and quality. Balance project constraints while maintaining design excellence.
. Document design specs, flows, and patterns for transparent dev hand-off.
. Perform gap analysis: delta between the design and developed versions to guide the dev teams in execution, and product teams for the next backlog.
. Elevate the project impact with clear communication, and story-telling of the design strategy, UX concept and rationale.
. Support the design team growth and development through mentorship and coaching junior UXers. Contribute actively to the global design community with industry knowledge and design expertise.
You're the right fit if:
. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, or equivalent Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with min. 10 years of industry experience as UX/Digital Product Designer with deep expertise in Tech Architecture, Dev knowledge
Soft Skills:
. Curiosity, asking insightful questions, active listening, and engaging more deeply with problems (incl. empathy and self-learning)
. Ability to think in systems, deal with ambiguity and translate high complexity into experiential design statements

Hard skills & Tools:
. UX requirement planning :MS Azure DevOps
. UX architecture, and flows
. Interaction design and UI components using DLS (design language system)
. Prototyping + specs/hand-off (Figma, Figma Make, Figma MCP)
