UX Designer for our HugoHub Design Team, with strong expertise in user experience design, research-driven problem-solving, and system-based design thinking. As a UX Designer at HugoHub, you'll be part of building experiences that shape the way users across the world interact with our fintech ecosystem. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design peers to craft thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable solutions for complex problems, balancing business goals with user needs.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in UX Design.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Must Have Skills
- Strong foundation in UX methodologies with proven experience in user research, testing, and translating insights into user-centered design.
- Ability to explore multiple design approaches and adapt based on feedback and testing.
- Deep understanding of Information Architecture and designing intuitive navigation systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with established UX workflows.
- Leadership qualities to mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and practices across the team.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience designing for B2C and B2B products, especially mobile-first experiences.
- Exposure to fintech domain projects and data-rich experiences.
- Ability to design clear, engaging layouts that simplify complex data.
- Advanced prototyping skills to create interactive prototypes for usability testing and iteration.
