Job Description

  • Lead design discussions with product managers and business leads to define user requirements and design goals; collaborate with developers to create technically feasible, optimal user experiences.
  • Create annotated prototypes and wireframes using Figma, maintaining a user-centered approach that follows best practices and accessibility guidelines.
  • Utilize JIRA for tracking design tasks, managing workflows, and proactively solve problems to meet timelines and objectives.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly to customers and teams; engage in design critiques and foster a collaborative team environment to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and AI developments; adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and new tools.
  • Must-have skills include proficiency with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive web and mobile design, and deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Preferred skills: experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SAFe Agile processes, Figma design systems, data visualization, and Agile team principles.
  • Strong soft skills: analytical troubleshooting, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, timely participation in meetings and SCRUM ceremonies; portfolio submission required.
