Job Description:
TekGence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong implementation experience to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment, working closely with account managers to successfully implement and close requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, including requirement implementation and closures
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand and implement US IT requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Strong hands-on experience with portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch etc.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with US clients
- Manage candidate follow-ups across the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiate pay rates, confirm availability, and manage offer closures
- Maintain pipeline, trackers, and recruitment reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in US IT Recruitment with implementation exposure
- Strong experience working on US job portals
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
