Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with 48 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. A solid understanding of US staffing practices, tax terms, and ATS systems is essential, along with hands-on experience in handling W2 and C2C requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
- Work extensively with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and contract terms with consultants and vendors.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Proficiency in ATS and vendor management systems.
- Experience sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
