Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic US IT Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in the United States. You will source, screen, and hire top-tier IT talent while managing candidate relationships and navigating US tax terms and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring pipeline from sourcing to final onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Tax & Visa Compliance: Validate US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, TN).
• Contract Management: Negotiate employment terms across diverse tax structures (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and prep candidates for technical interviews with clients or internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of proven success as a US IT Recruiter.
• US Shift Comfort: Absolute flexibility to work standard US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of technical keywords, programming languages, and IT frameworks.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with standard Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication and salary negotiation skills.
