Panzer Technologies is seeking a seasoned Sr. US Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in IT recruitment to join our vibrant team. This role involves collaborating with clients and candidates to identify and place top technical talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify potential IT talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.

Client Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and screenings.

Negotiation and Offer Process:

  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience during onboarding.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–2 years as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
  • Certifications such as CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) or CRS (Certified Recruitment Specialist) are a plus.
