Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with sales/account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment activities and update ATS/CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, EAD, USC).
- Experience working with direct clients, prime vendors, and MSP/VMS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Proficient in using ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and CRM tools.

- Experience in handling niche/skill-based hiring.
- Strong network of IT professionals and vendors.
