Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with sales/account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
  • Track recruitment activities and update ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, EAD, USC).
  • Experience working with direct clients, prime vendors, and MSP/VMS.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Proficient in using ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling niche/skill-based hiring.
  • Strong network of IT professionals and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
