Role: Sr. US IT Recuiter
Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite - 5 days a week in Eastern Time zone)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Complete knowledge of Full Life Cycle Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening/Assessment, Negotiation, managing Interviews, closing and Onboarding)
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Dice to identify potential candidates for technical roles.
- Database Management should be the key where in recruiter is responsible to maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Various Work Authorizations is required (OPT/H1B/GC/USC/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/E3 EAD and others)
- Recruiting for contract (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and full time roles
- Very strong oral and written English communication skills are expected to perform this role
