We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Executive with strong expertise in US Accounting, full-cycle Payroll processing, and advanced QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US clients and managing end-to-end accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle US payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), including timesheet verification, rate checks, OT calculations, and compliance.
• Handle complete US accounting operations: bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, AR/AP, and monthly reporting.
• Generate client invoices based on approved timesheets and billing schedules.
• Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Maintain financial records, expense tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare financial summaries.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting and payroll standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Accounting & Payroll.
• Advanced QuickBooks expertise — Mandatory.
• Accounting/Bookkeeping certification (QuickBooks, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of US payroll structures, OT rules, and invoicing patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for working with US clients.
• High accuracy, analytical mindset, and confidentiality in financial handling.

Good to Have

• Experience in US staffing or consulting industry.
• Knowledge of W9, 1099, and basic US tax requirements.
