Job Title: Senior US Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 4+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior US Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in US accounting operations and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks, US taxation, and payroll processes, along with the ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting activities while coordinating with HR, Immigration, and US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end US accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain, review, and update financial records in QuickBooks with strong functional and reporting expertise.
  • Process US payroll and ensure compliance with federal and multi-state regulations.
  • Support US taxation activities, including W-2, 1099 preparation, filings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR and Immigration teams for employee documentation, onboarding, payroll inputs, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, dashboards, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Liaise with US clients, vendors, CPAs, and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and compliance-related queries.
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in US Accounting & Finance.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of US taxation, payroll compliance, and multi-state rules.
  • Proven experience in AR, AP, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in US business hours.

Certifications (Preferred / Added Advantage)

  • QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor (Highly Preferred)
  • EA (Enrolled Agent) or Pursuing EA
  • CPA (US) / CPA Pursuing
  • Any other US Accounting or Taxation certification

Preferred

  • Immediate joiners.
  • Experience working with US CPA firms, consulting firms, or accounting service providers.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles and handling multiple US clients.
