About Role:

Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for leading the design direction, building scalable design systems, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ship impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the complete design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Conduct ux research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.

Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.

Build and manage scalable design systems and documentation.

Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align design goals.

Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all designs.

Advocate for the user and implement accessibility best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design with a focus on product design.

Proven track record in SaaS product-based companies.

Preference for candidates who have stayed 23 years in a single organization, showcasing commitment and depth of work.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.

A strong portfolio and case study demonstrating system thinking and user-centered design.
