About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team at VMock. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design. Your expertise in leveraging AI-driven design tools will be instrumental in accelerating workflows and fostering innovative solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over four years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end design solutions for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Cloud, Uizard, Miro, and other AI-powered design platforms is essential. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards is required. Candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer at VMock, your key responsibilities will include:
- Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and platform enhancements, from concept to final implementation.
- User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and identify user needs, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Concept & Wireframing: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications aligned with product requirements.
- Visual Design: Create pixel-perfect, consistent, and engaging visual interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work in close partnership with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and project deliverables.
- Design System Contribution: Maintain and evolve design components and patterns to ensure consistency across all products.
- AI-Powered Design: Utilize modern AI tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, and Image generation platforms to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and user feedback to refine designs, improving usability and performance continually.
- Design QA: Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design fidelity and resolve any usability issues.
- Advocacy: Promote user-centered and accessible design principles within the organization to foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
