Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Translate user feedback and analytics into improved design iterations.
Work with tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking user interactions and behavior.
Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role at your current company.
Proven experience working in Ecommerce, D2C, or B2C startup environments.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and understanding of how design impacts performance metrics.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
