Title Sr. UI & Graphic Designer
Location Noida (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design Execution: Develop visually appealing designs for brochures, social media posts, banners, product mock-ups, email templates, infographics, advertisements, marketing presentations, newsletters, and sales pitch decks.
- Website & Digital Assets: Design and optimize website graphics, landing pages, and UI elements for a seamless brand experience.
- Brand Identity & Guidelines: Ensure consistency across all designs by following and improving Jellyfish Technologies brand identity guidelines.
- Advertising & Social Media Creatives: Design impactful creatives for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Print & Offline Marketing Materials: Create designs for hoardings, standees, office branding, and other offline event materials.
- Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred): Experience in basic motion graphics or working closely with video editors to enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, web developers, and the content team to ensure visually compelling brand messaging.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, Figma AI, Firefly, etc.) to speed up creative workflows and generate innovative outputs.
- Creative Direction & Strategy: Lead the creative direction for campaigns and provide strategic design inputs.
- Team Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior designers on design best practices.
- Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple design requests, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in IT, SaaS, or other technology-related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, high-quality designs, and branding work.
- Ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas, and execute high-impact visuals.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience in print and digital media with knowledge of design formats for both.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and creativity.
