Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sr TSM (Therapy Sales Manager) / ASM (Area Sales Manager) role, based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include driving sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, identifying potential customers, and expanding the company's market presence. This role involves managing customer relationships, providing product education, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and offering strategic insights to promote business growth. The candidate will also be responsible for territory management and reporting business trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, focusing on achieving sales targets and building market presence, Having experience in Wound Care/ Trauma background would be a plus
  • Territory management and customer relationship management expertise
  • Ability to identify, engage, and expand a network of potential customers
  • Knowledge of the medical devices or biomedical field is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proactive attitude, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
