About the Role:Saviynt Universityteam is seeking an experiencedTraining Operations Managerto support the growth
of a rapidly expanding global technical training and certification organization. This role will be
responsible for overseeing training operations, managing revenue tracking for customer training
programs, and delivering actionable insights through training and certification metrics reporting.
The Training Operations Manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure
efficient delivery of training programs, manage key operational processes within the Learning
Management System (LMS), and lead multiple content development and operational initiatives. The
ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and project management
skills to drive scalable training operations in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU WILL DOING

Training Operations & Program Management
Oversee the operational delivery of global customer training programs, ensuring seamless
coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Manage and administer training programs within the Learning Management System (LMS),
including course setup, scheduling,enrolmentmanagement, and learner communications.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute instructor-led and
virtual training sessions

Revenue Tracking & Financial Coordination
Manage and track revenue associated with global customer training offerings.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation, and
forecasting of training program revenue

Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key training and certification metrics.
UtilizeTableauand other analytics tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-
making for leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor performance indicators such as training utilization, certification outcomes, learner
engagement, and revenue performance

Project Management & Content Development
Lead and manage cross-functional content development and operational improvement projects.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and scrum calls to track deliverables, resolve issues,
and maintain timelines.
Identify opportunities to streamline training processes and improve operational efficiency

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with global stakeholders across product, engineering, customer success, and
training teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across distributed teams.x`

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8+ years of experience inTraining Operations, Learning & Development, Technical Enablement,
    orLearningExperienceDesign.
    Strong experience managing and administeringLearning Management Systems (LMS)in fast-
    paced, high-growth environments.
    Experience developingTableau dashboards and data-driven reports.
    Understanding oftechnical training programs, certification programs, or technical education
    services.
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter

- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy

> Incident Response Policy/Procedures

> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
